That could be the new advertising campaign for Wal*Mart this coming tax season.

The Associated Press reports that tax-filing giant H&R
Block has signed a kiosk license agreement with the world’s largest
retailer to provide tax preparation services in certain Wal*Mart locations.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission late
Wednesday, H&R Block said the deal with the discount store leader expires on May 30, 2009. Either party, however, may terminate
the agreement between April 16 and May 1 of each year.
If not terminated, the agreement will automatically renew for one year after the initial term ends.
So get ready America. When you head to Wal*Mart during the 2008 tax filing season, be sure to bring your W-2 and deduction receipts along with your shopping list.
